I agree with the article, I think the VTR here is very important to the teachers, which are many benefits to be gained. A teacher must also prepare a lesson plan before teaching begins. Theme of what will be delivered, what methods are used and what tools should be available, have been prepared by all teachers before learning that the learning will be able to run smoothly. Later, a teacher should also be able to build on student interaction and students mastered classroom management. Teachers also must be able to serve and encourage individual students to increase students' interest in learning math.
