From this elegy I know that used and not used are container. But it's related to contents. used is Likes honest, sincere, stand, discipline, consistent and other. but not used is likes lie, corruption, and other.
So the moral value in this is there ar used and unused. So, we must do what used, likes the example. Anything our profession we must do something that used like it.
